A public list of documented scammers in the FiveM community. These individuals have been caught selling leaked content, using AI without disclosure, or scamming server owners.
This list is based on documented evidence and community reports. All entries include proof or reasoning. If you believe you have been wrongly listed, contact me with evidence to the contrary. This page exists to protect server owners from wasting money on fraudulent services.

Sells NCHub leaked servers as custom development work, breaching multiple GitHub licenses. Distributes paid scripts from other creators for free while charging overpriced amounts for 'custom' work that is never delivered as promised.
xDoctor1
aka xdoctor0, yong (claimed, unverified)Takes payment for development work but fails to deliver completed systems. Uses AI to generate all scripts instead of genuine coding. Multiple customers report receiving no refunds despite incomplete or non-existent deliveries. Claims to own GitHub account 'yong' but refused to provide proof, stating he 'lost access' to it.
“I still have yet to receive a refund on any systems he's scammed me on. He hasn't finished a single system to completion yet. Do not hire this guy. Also future reference for anyone, he uses AI for all of his scripts. He doesn't code them himself.”

aka Xcode_MUses AI for all 'development' work with minimal to no actual coding knowledge. Scammed a client while employed - worked for only a few days then went ghost despite being hired for a month. Claims 8+ years of experience but fails to deliver on commitments.
il_Mond
aka ilMond Developments, AtlasSerial scammer with multiple victims. Sells leaked pre-built servers as custom work, uses AI for development, and frequently takes payment then ghosts clients. Operates under 'ilMond Developments' brand but consistently fails to deliver on paid commissions.

- Any payment receipts or conversations
- Links to their forum posts or advertisements
